I’m a minister and a musician. I am in Grad school getting a Masters in Worship.  I write songs for and play with a worship band called ThisThinVeneer.  Check them (us) out.  Anyhow, I’ve been involved in church music for a long time, but only since college have I really endeavored to challenge my own beliefs.  A person can only be eternally grateful for a strong Christian upbringing, but there comes a time when a man’s faith has to become his own.  Luckily, I serve a God who is big enough to answer my questions, and gracious enough to dole out faith and patience when I’m not supposed to know.

I’ve been involved in a lot of ministries over the years.  Many are still thriving, and I will try and make sure this blog is linked to all those deserving.  There are also some materials (outside of the bible) that have really influenced me, and help me better understand truth and how to live out my faith.  I will be continually writing and rewriting a source list.  Hopefully, these books and speakers and such will help you the way they’ve helped me.
